Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect through the form on servosync.ai, for what purpose and on what legal basis we process it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have regarding your data.

Data controller

ServoSync is a product built in partnership with Servoteh d.o.o. The controller of personal data entered on this site is Servoteh d.o.o., VAT no. (PIB) 101017443, company registration number (MB) 17400169, Ugrinovačka 163, 11272 Dobanovci, Belgrade, Serbia.

For any question about the processing of personal data, write to prodaja@servosync.ai.

What data we collect

Through the form we collect only the data you enter yourself:

  • full name
  • company name
  • e-mail address and/or phone number
  • approximate headcount (optional)
  • a description of the production problem you want to solve (optional)

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data solely to answer your enquiry, arrange a demonstration and conduct the business communication that follows from it.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not use the data to send marketing messages without your consent.

Retention

We keep the data for as long as needed to answer the enquiry and conduct the related business communication, and no longer than applicable regulations allow. Once the purpose ends, the data is deleted.

Who else handles the data

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.

A message sent through the form is delivered to our business e-mail via an e-mail delivery provider (Resend, processing in the European Union), which processes the data solely to deliver the message. The site is served over the Cloudflare network, which temporarily records technical request data (such as the IP address) for security and site operation.

Data inside the ServoSync system itself

This policy covers the servosync.ai website. Data a customer enters into their own ServoSync instance stays in their own database — the customer is its controller, and the relationship and obligations are set out in the contract and, where required, a separate data processing agreement.

Your rights

Under data protection regulations you have the right to:

  • access your data and information about the processing
  • rectification of inaccurate data
  • erasure of data where grounds exist
  • restriction of processing and objection to processing
  • lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection

Cookies

The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies and sets no third-party cookies. Only technically necessary elements are used to operate the site.
